This house consists of 2 levels, on the upper level there is a spacious living room with fireplace , dining room, spacious kitchen , wc, 2 Bedrooms , and a bathroom . On the down level there is a second living room with fireplace , dining room , second kitchen, wc and 2 master bedrooms. The view from both of the levels of the house is unique. It has 82sqm swimming pool , bbq, wonderful big garden, central heating per level , air conditioning. Also features a 25sqm guest house with its own bathroom and viewd to the pool area. The house is fully furnished with attention in order to make your stay pleasant and quality. Distance from beach 1klm, distance from Porto Heli 6klm.
Nearest Beach: Ververonta, 1 km distance from the house 2 minutes by car (with beach bar and tavern). Other beaches: Kiparisi 10 minutes by car (with canteen). Malindi 10 minutes by car (with beach bar and restaurant). Kounoupi 20 minutes by car (no beach bar or anything else) check Google maps. And many others. Porto Heli with all kind of shops, markets, restaurands, cafes, bars etc, is at 6km distance from the house. Island of Spetses, 20 minutes by car to Kosta and then 10 minutes with boat (beautiful island with night life, clubs etc). Ermioni, 30 minutes by car (traditional seαside vilage). Kilada, 30 minutes by car (very nice seaside vilage, taverns with fresh fish). Island of Hydra, 30 minutes by car to Metohi and then 30 minutes with boat (magical place, no cars no bikes just donkeys but no beaches too). Nafplio, 60 minutes by car (gorgeous and historic town). Ancient Theater of Epidaurus on the half of the way (30 minutes). Performances every weekend.
