Positioned on the beautiful Akrotiri peninsula, close to Chania town, Angels Villa offers the perfect location for families and friends to unite. Two separate 440m2 villas allow autonomy, while 3500m2 of outdoor space including a 60m2 swimming pool and BBQ dining area, pool table, ping pong, offer the perfect social spots to create amazing memories. Landscaped grounds form a tropical paradise with Palm trees, plants and flowers. With beautiful sandy beaches and amenities close by, you really can have it all. Entering the grounds of Angels villa, a long driveway sweeps down the side of the beautifully landscaped, lawned garden and allows parking outside each of the 2 villas. Due to the sloped landscape, both the ground floor and lower floor of each villa leads out to either the garden or pool area. Each villa offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and lower floor lounge area. The second house has the additional feature of a large lounge area on the ground floor - the perfect space to congregate while soaking up the views through the large glass panels which illuminate the space. Amenities such as a WC and laundry room are also found within the second house. Each villa has been designed with a fusion of classic and modern features, with wood flooring, marble and glass elements. High ceilings and large glass panels allow for a light and airy space, welcoming colours from the outside in. Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check in.

Angels Villa is located in Kampani Village, not far from the seaside village of Kalathas which is located 10km northeast of Chania town, in a natural bay at the Cape of Akrotiri. The large village of Kounoupidiana is only 3kms away, where you will be able to find a variety of shops such as large supermarkets , butcher, fishmonger, post office and pharmacy.. There are some remarkable historical monuments, monasteries and churches, caves, the famous tombs of Venizelos and places of archaeological interest within a short drive of the villa. In addition, if you are looking for privileges that only a big city can offer, then Chania town is 14 km away and offers unique facilities and a wide variety of entertainment.
