It is in a ravine, stone built, in a traditional settlement, with a lot of ravine vegetation. The surrounding nature is pristine with various types of tame and wild vegetation. It has 2 seas within 5 kilometers with beautiful beaches for swimming. To the north the Aegean and to the south the Evia. In general, the house is suitable for lovers of tranquility and nature. It is very suitable for hiking in nature.
Retired teacher, involved in agricultural work and computers. Wife is a private employee. They live in a house next door.
There are about fifteen old stone-built houses, built by Arvanites around 1850. The roof (insulated) is with Karystos tiles. At 300 meters is the new village with taverns, a cafeteria, a pharmacy, a bakery and a small supermarket. The neighborhood is on track to be classified as a traditional settlement.
