The nearby popular and traditional village of Karya, 10 minutes away, offers cafés, tavernas, shops with traditional rugs and products, and a Folklore Museum. Popular beaches are close by car: Agios Nikitas (15 minutes), Kathisma Beach (20 minutes), and Pefkoulia Beach (10 minutes), Agios Yoannis (15 minutes).
