6 Going minutes to the sandy beach of Perea this nice and quiet flatlet with breathtaking look at the golf of Thermaikos and Thessaloniki. 3 big balconies lies remotely on 4 floors (lift available) load to 20 metres of your lodging are relaxing there are numerous cafes (Coffee Iceland / Smileys), Internet cafe (battle net), a supermarket (Market Inn) towards, a chemist's shop directly before the door and every Monday directly before the front door a colorful bazaar. They can go on a "Mini cruise" from the landing stage in Perea to Thessaloniki (3. 50 euros for approx. 50 minutes). Recommendable there in the heart of Thessaloniki the climbing out is. Nice and inexpensive restaurants on the promenade on the beach one. The lodging lies in only 11 autominutes from the airport of Thessaloniki. A nice stay.

Thessaloniki centre at 20 minutes by the car accessible. Also a coach (stop only 30 metres away from the lodging). Auch goes a boat drives back 450 metres (6 walking minutes to beach) from the lodging to Thessaloniki and. Approx. 50 minutes Mini cruise für3,50 euro (recommendable). Nette cafes and restaurants for low prices invite in close vicinity. For sports lover Beach volleyball and surf before the door. In the seafront run, Nordic Walking, bicycle go beside the sandy beach possibly (5. 5 km long).
