A minimalist house with access to a swimming pool, this is the ideal choice for those who want to relax in a secluded spot just a breath away from a sandy beach but also venture out to discover the surrounding areas. The property is located 4 km from Koroni, in a calm area, near sandy beaches and picturesque taverns. With your car you can explore the area, visit Koroni where you should not miss visiting the Venetian castle and stroll around the stone-paved little streets. It will enchant you with the beautiful stately homes painted in light colours with characteristic blue or yellow windows, yards filled with colourful flowers and a large number of churches. There you can also serve your needs as there is a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and ATM. Αpart from the close-by Memi beach (300m), you can visit Krioneri beach (600m) or you can venture out to Ammoudi (4km) and Koroni (4km). A little further, at 15km, you will find Foinikounta, with its variety of taverns and cafes and its blue-green waters which will surely mesmerize you! If you prefer to stay close at home you will find at 500m traditional taverns like Krioneri and Tzitziki. Do not miss out on trying local produce such as olives, grapes and figs. At the end of June, Koroni organizes a nautical week with a variety of events taking place such as swimming competitions and music festivities. You can arrive at the airport of Kalamata (48km) and then rent a car, or come directly by car.
