Δειτε τις φωτογραφίες. Ενιαίος χώρος τραπεζαρίας-καθιστικου-κουζίνας . Πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με πολλά σκεύη , εργαλεία μαγειρικής και σετ σερβίτσια. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο μπάνιο με ευρύχωρη ντουζιέρα πλαισιωμένη από ταινία LED και είδη ατομικής υγιεινής.. Ατομικό μπαλκόνι με τραπεζάκι καρέκλες και χώρο απλώστρας. Διάδρομος μεταξύ εισόδου και εσωτερικής σκάλας , η διακόσμηση στους τοίχους του διαδρόμου είναι από γνήσια κομμάτια φλιπερ δεκαετίας του 60. EXTRA: Για την προσωπική σας διασκέδαση στο χώρο θα βρείτε ένα arcade παιχνίδι σε λειτουργία , μια ηλεκτρονική κονσόλα με 2 χειριστήρια συνδεδεμένη στο προτζέκτορα , ενα vintage atari 2600 λειτουργήσιμο και ένα ps4 , επίσης θα βρείτε επιτραπέζια παιχνίδια και βιβλία για μικρούς και μεγάλους καθώς και ένα hifi

Xirouhaki Street is a small narrow paved street about 70 meters long. There is no passing cars and it is quite a quiet spot in the heart of the city. Indicative distances: nearest super market at 50 meters, nearest pharmacy at 100 meters, public hospital of Rethymno at 350 meters, private clinic at 100 meters, municipal garden at 250 meters, public market area (every Thursday) 250 meters, nearest bus stop at 150 meters, entrance to the old town, large door 400 meters, Rethymnon beach 400 meters.. You can easily get around on foot without the stress of driving. The location of the property is ideal for walking around in order to discover the vibrant town of Rethymno. In the neighborhood you will find super markets, pharmacies and the municipal garden while the old town and the beach are about 15 minutes away on foot. The nearest bus stop is just three minutes away. Finding a free parking on the surrounding streets is a bit difficult but at about 300 meters away from the apartment you can find private parkings at an extra charge.
