“Holiday Artistic Τourism destination” ARTE MARE d’ Irene, is α seafront 4 apts residential complex hosting up to 20 persons, in a traditional olive estate with private natural beach, with panoramic view between Ambracian gulf and Akarnanian mountain forests, at “paralia Katergaki” beach, 800m. from the picturesque small fishing village Sparto, 7 km from the port of Amfilochia city and 40 km from Aktio Preveza airport . Peaceful place, perfect for relaxation with all the amenities required for romantic, absolutely private holidays. The complex consists of 4 fully furnished & equipped apts with 5 queen size double beds, 2 bunk double beds, 2 double sofa beds, 2 single sofa beds, 4 bathrooms, 4 kitchens with electric appliances, all around fully furnished verandas with panoramic sea- & forest view. Bed and bath linen provided as well as A/C, flat TVs , free wi-fi, spacious free private open and pilot parkings and are pet and smoking friendly. Moreover, one more beach, well organized with nice café – restaurant nearby, is an ideal place for restful stay. One-day delightful excursions suggested, to Lefkada & paxoi islands, Historic Vonitsa city, Historic Castle of Arta, Parga, Preveza and Palairos towns , Tatarna bridge and Aherondas river with sports game activities, Ioannina city and Zagorochoria villages. Additionally, each apartment is equipped with easels, canvases, and painting equipment, as complex also functions as an “Art tourism exchange center” with artistic activity and teaching.
We continue with love and respect for the dreamer traveler, the 50-year history of our family’s tradition, in the picturesque bay of the “Katergaki” settlement ! We are waiting for you!
