Welcome in Arte villa which is located in beautiful Sami of Kefalonia with the beautiful beaches and hospitable residents. Arte villa was built in 2004 in a property of 4 acres with olive trees and fruitful trees. It consist of two separate apartment 100 cm2 each, the ground floor “Margarita apartment” and 1st floor “Nefeli apartment”. Artevilla offers you all the comfort and relaxation you are searching for, through its fully equipped apartment with the stunning shared pool. Artevilla is located 3.6 kilometres from port of Sami and 35.9 kilometres from Argostoli airport, Melissani Cave is located 2 kilometres. Arte villa is set in an impressive and quiet area next to the forest with wonderful view to the mountains and sea. Our philosophy and our aim is the absolute harmonization of hospitality with the natural environment. In the exterior space you can find the shared swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas and the barbeque area with the traditional wood fired oven. Each apartment is fully equipped with electric oven, refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher. Free parking available. Apartment
