The unit offers two beautiful apartments and both have access to the roof top terrace The neoclassical modern 50sqm apartment is located in the center of Kyparissia in proximity to Ai Lagoudis beach. This newly renovated apartment offers fantastic combination or relaxation tranquility and privacy. Perfectly located in downtown Kyparissia, Artelie apartment 1 is walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, banks, pharmacies etc. It is located on first floor and consists of one bedroom with double bed, large bathroom with a washing machine, an open living room and kitchen area with a sofa bed and a balcony, of course it has fully access to the roof top terrace. It's fully equipped for cooking. Linens and towels are al provided. The neoclassical renovated modern 30sqm apartment it is located on the first floor also and consists of an open space with a double bed and a bathroom. Also has full access to the roof top terrace and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Includes refrigerator, microwave, espresso machine, toaster , burner and is suitable for light cooking only. Linens and towels are also provided.

Neighbourhood information

Kyparissia its a large town of the west coast of the Messinian Peloponesse, know for its ancient acropolis and castle and for being the birtplace of the poet Kostis Palamas it was mentioned in the Iliad and at one time was called Arkadia. The Venetian castle at the top of the town is called the castle of Arkadia and has amazing views of the town and the coast. The town is close to many clean beaches, in fact much of the coast is one long, sandy beach. It is a nice area for hiking when it is not hot and there are olde trails from the town to churches and beaches. Nearby is the Mycenean site of Peristeria. The Neda river flow into the gulf of Kyparissia and hikers follow it to swim in the waterfalls, a hike of several hours after a drive on a mountain road that you will need a 4x4 car. There are loads of restaurants in the town, from fish tavernas to tradiditional oven cooked and grill houses.
