In a friendly neighbourhood, about 500m on foot, from the center of the beautiful town of Mytilene, you will find our newly renovated stone house that harmoniously combines the charm of the old and the freshness of the new. Magnolia Residence has been renovated with care and attention to detail, providing accommodation up to 3 people. One (1) air conditioned bedroom, a bathroom, an equipped kitchen and a spacious living room that overlooks to a unique stone lined patio surrounded by jasmine, magnolia and lemon trees, is one of the highlights of this beautiful house, where you can have your breakfast, a relaxing drink or even barbecue since the house is equipped with one as well. Warm colours, a mix of modern and vintage furniture, the earthly sense of the stone walls, create an effect of warmth and familiarity that both relaxes and refreshes. And as for staying in touch with the world, an excellent WiFi connection is at your disposal. Our associate in Mytilene, will provide you with all necessary information besides the informative material that is available to you.
You will enjoy the Lazareto neighbourhood for its local colour and its peacefulness. People are very friendly and helpful. You can walk down to Ermou street which is the main commercial street and enjoy a walk in the park of the city nearby the City Hall. If you decide to climb up the stairs,almost opposite to the house, you can enjoy a walk to the colourful neighbourhoods of the old city with the exquisite view of the Aegean.
