The villa is situated in a quiet narrow cul-de-sac, although it is only 30 meters from the beach. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a double bedroom (ensuite) and a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area. On the 1st floor there is another double bedroom (ensuite) and a small kitchen.
I was born in Athens. Through my many travels, I discovered Astypalaia in Greece, and immediately knew I wanted to create my own hideaway there. My permanent residence is in lively Athens where I’m a jewelry designer. I love artistic and creative work. Travelling continues to fascinate me because you get to experience new, different cultures and broaden your horizons. Cinema and theatre are some of my favourite pastimes, as well as spending time with dear friends in a charming restaurant with a glass of fine wine. And of course, whenever time allows, I return to the retreat I created in Astypalaia. My love for art has also found an ideal outlet in the interior designing of this house. The home I created with lots of love and care, rewards me with singular moments full of beauty, relaxation and tranquillity. It gives me great pleasure to offer you too, this hospitable retreat to discover the magic of the island from an ideal accommodation setting.
Villa Astypalaia is located in Livadi, which is considered to be one of the best coasts of the island, featuring organized as well as natural beaches, and overlooks the Venetian Querini Castle and Chora, the main town. The villa is situated in a quiet narrow cul-de-sac, although it is only 30 meters from the beach. In Livadi you have your choice of cafés and restaurants. You can also play beach volley. Within 5 minutes on foot, kids and adults can enjoy the 5x5 football field. There are two mini-markets in Livadi where you can buy all your groceries.
