Avithos With a total of 108 m², Avithos Retreat offers a spacious and luxurious stay with modern minimalist lines, refined lighting, and a striking staircase that serves as a design statement on its own. The villa accommodates up to six guests, with two bedrooms on the upper floor accommodating four people and a separate bathroom, while the oversized ground-floor sofa bed (200x200 cm) comfortably sleeps two more. From the double bed of one bedroom, a vast window captures the blue of the sea, creating a unique living painting effect. The second bedroom, with two single beds, can be converted into a king-size bed (180x200 cm), also with unobstructed sea views. On the ground floor, guests will find a modern living area, an additional bathroom with shower, and a unique wooden dining table for six, overlooking the sea, the terrace, and the villa's private pool.
