Upgraded with outdoor pool in 2024, 144m² villa, in a picturesque and quiet environment. It is located just 8 minutes by car from the city of Chania while one can access local markets, restaurants and a super market in about 5 minutes by car. Outside it has a swimming pool, a separate courtyard and a terrace with a unique view of Souda Bay, while inside you will be accommodated in a modern space with a single living room and kitchen with all household appliances as well as three bedrooms with a balcony with a view.
The surrounding area is a quiet, natural environment ideal for relaxation but also very close to all kinds of grocery stores, restaurants and various services. Car rental is essential for your travel. In the nearest village of Kounoupidiana you can find bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants with traditional Cretan food and it is only 3.1 km away. Near the villa you will find many sandy beaches that you should visit. The most popular are Kalathas beach (6 km) and Marathi beach (10 km) which is ideal for families with children. The location of the villa is ideal for another reason: its proximity to the main highway 10 minutes, making excursions to the western and southwestern coastline and countryside, which are dotted with enchanting beaches and picturesque villages, very easy to do . It is beyond doubt that our villa combines unique privacy with easy access to facilities and places, offering a rare luxury to shape your holiday exactly how you want it.
