The house is 50 meters from a beautiful sandy beach. The beach is very big, offering space for private swimming but also a more organised space with a beach bar. The house is big and cozy with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 WC, a well equipped kitchen and living room. All furniture were renovated in 2020. The plot is 4.200sm with a huge beautiful garden, kiosk and BBQ. There is also a big balcony with a fantastic view in the sea. Also, at the ground floor of the building there is a seperate apartment (different entrances; no common spaces) where the house owners stay. They will be there to give you the keys and welcome you. Finally, the house is located in Kakoudia beach which is almost 5 minutes drive or 30 minutes walking or 15 minutes with a bicycle from Ierissos. Ierissos can be reached by bus from Thessaloniki or Kavala, where there are international airports and frequent bus lines
I am Anastasia and together with my husband Babis we are happy to host you to our Villa! We are living in a seperate apartment in the ground floor and we wil will be there to give you the keys and welcome you. We may also help you with whatever you need: using the BBQ, going for fishing or even by suggesting the best places to eat and have fun.
The neighborhood around the house is serene, underpopulated and very quite. Neighboring houses are built in a long distance from the villa which makes it a perfect destination for people who want to relax and connect with the nature. Also, the sandy beach in front of the house is only 50 meters away. You can either enjoy swimming alone or go to the beach bar which is very close offering umbrellas, sunbeds, coffees, drinks and food. The long beach line offers an opportunity for enjoying quite and relaxing vacation in a safe, natural landscape.
