Property information

Unique stone built home. Bedroom upstairs with private balcony and hammock - SeaViews from Balcony - Perfect place to read a book and relax with the sound and breeze of the Mediterranean. Lounge, bathroom and kitchen downstairs. Soda Bed in the Lounge Area. (double bed size). Short walk to the beach. Wonderful views and entire space all to yourself. House is newly built and ready for holiday season.

Neighbourhood information

Katsadia Beach is wonderful cove that quiet and sometimes a whole beach to yourself. Our cousin has a beautiful restaurant / taverna a stone throw away from the villa that does beautiful breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Service. Or just relax with your morning coffee & wifi access.
