Property information

Amazing modern villa 240m with spacious garden only few steps away from a beautiful and quiet beach. The villa has two buildings sharing the same garden giving you more options of privacy and comfort. The first building has three levels. The ground floor where you find a living room with flat TV and AC, a modern fully equipped high tech kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer) and a toilet with a shower. The second floor has three bedrooms and a bathroom with a washing machine. All bedrooms have spacious closets, their own A/C, and their own balconies, two of the them look at the beach and one of them at the back garden. In the basement there is a spacious play room with one double bed and a sofa for your facility. The second building is a ground floor, easy to access for people who want to avoid stairs. There are two bedrooms, a living room with a flat TV, a modern kitchen, one bathroom, a washing machine and air conditioning. In the garden there is furniture so you can enjoy your meals and sun-beds for taking the sun. Outdoor shower with hot water, private car parking spaces and BBQ facilities. The beach is only few steps away from you!

Neighbourhood information

A calm neighborhood with private villas next to an amazing beach with crystal water. A private door, opposite of the villa, leads to the beach (keys for the door are provided). Also four minutes walk from two beach bars with swimming pools. Shops and restaurants are five minutes drive. The food in the area is delicious offering the opportunity to taste fresh fish and traditional Greek desserts! Do not miss it!
