The apartment is located in Psila Alonia square on the 4th floor with a view of the square. From the balcony, there is a beautiful city view, as well as the horizon. It is very bright, spacious and warm, and renovated in 2022. Equipped with modern furniture, and can accommodate up to 6 people. It is in a very quiet neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants, streetside parking, and 5 minute walk from the city center of Patras. It is recently rehabbed, with free wifi, full kitchen appliances, fully furnished. It has free 50mbs wifi, free satellite NOVA TV, 65" TV in the living area, as well as two 32" TV in each bedroom, clothes washer, full modern kitchen appliances, fully furnished and fully equipped with whatever one needs for a short term or long term stay, with many other amenities. It has one bedroom with a double bed, that can accommodate up to two people, a second bedroom with a double bed, that can accommodate up to two people, as well as a sofa, that can accommodate two more people., for a total of 6. It is nicely situated in a neighborhood in a square, where there are many cafes, restaurants, and a small shopping district. There is a 5EUR/per late our after 22:00, fee, for check in, in cash upon arrival.
