The Villa is situated in the area of Agia Anna in Kalafatis, just 50m from the beach, offering panoramic sea view, over the Kalafatis bay & Stapodi island. Blue Eye Grand Villa consists of 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and a (6th) sixth bedroom with the bathroom next to it. All our areas are serenely uncluttered in a spacious and relaxed landscape with clear view to the Aegean Sea.

Agia Anna & Kalafatis beaches are within a walking distance from the villa. Water sports (i.e windsurfing, water ski, jet ski, tubes, etc.).located in Kalafatis beach and operated by professional instructors.
