Built in 2018, this traditional house is ideally located. It is 50 square meters, it has a spacious living room that offers 2 single beds, a 32" smart TV, large dining table, fully equipped kitchen, traditional bathroom as well as a spacious sleeping room with double bed, closet, mirror and 28" TV. Offers air conditioning, washing machine, private parking in underground garage, terrace with view. The residential complex to which it belongs has a swimming pool. Upon request and availability we offer for free a baby bed. Αll the spaces of the house are available for use. The famous beaches of Ftelia, Elia, Kalo Livadi, Kalafati are only a 5-minute drive away. Mykonos Town is a 10-minute drive away.
Me or my collaborator Konstantina will be here to welcome you and we will always be available for whatever you need.
The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. However, just 400 meters away there are supermarket, cafes, ATMs, restaurants, health center, bus stop, bakery.
