Enjoy your summer vacation in this cozy, charming holiday home, just 3 minutes away from the beach! Casa Costa is located inside the popular village of Skala Fourkas, with awarded beaches and crystal clear waters. With its ability to accommodate up to 7 people and its proximity to all necessary shops, beach bars, etc., Casa Costa is the perfect choice for families and friends who wish to enjoy their stay in Chalkidiki and create beautiful memories. Casa Costa is built in three levels, offering many spaces for fun and relaxation. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely living room are located, with access to verandas from both sides of the house. Moving upstairs, we have two bedrooms with A/C, as well as a WC. On the lower level, a very spacious bedroom is located and a bathroom with a washing machine. WiFi is available and the house is fully equipped with everything a guest may need for his/her summer vacation.

Skala Fourkas is a popular village, ideal for family vacation. All kinds of shops, restaurants and super markets are in walking distance from Casa Costa, offering a variety of choices for dining and entertainment. The beach is awarded with Blue Flag and its crystal clear waters will seduce every visitor. Skala Fourkas is easily accessible, within an hour drive from Thessaloniki. A car will not be necessary, since Casa Costa is located inside the heart of the village, but we recommend having one in order to visit all the lovely places and beaches nearby.
