Τα πιο ξεχωριστά ίσως 65 τ.μ. που ανοίγονται διάπλατα στο Μυρτώο Πέλαγος, ακριβώς πάνω από παραλία της περιοχής Αμπελάκια Μονεμβασίας, σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών με το αυτοκίνητο από την πόλη της Μονεμβασίας και σε στρατηγική θέση προς Νεάπολη και Ελαφόνησο, το διαμέρισμα Casa Coulendiana σας καλεί σαν παρέα ή σαν οικογένεια να απολαύσετε κάθε είδους στιγμή γαλήνης και ευτυχίας. Ένα διαμέρισμα πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, με πανεύκολη πρόσβαση ιδιωτικότητα και θέα στο βράχο της Μονεμβασιάς.
