We offer 2 bedroom apartment consisting of: 1. master bedroom queen size bed, 2. second bedroom with two beds, 3. living/dining area with folded sofa, 4. fully equipped kitchen 5. bathroom The apartment is very clean and cozy. It has a queen-size master bedroom, a second full-size bedroom, and a sleeping sofa. 4K UHD TV, free WI-FI, fully equipped kitchen welcome you for your comfort and relaxation, 3 AC units in each room. Accommodation/late arrival is not a problem, cancellation not later than 48 hours prior to the arrival is flexible with NO extra fees. Smoking-free place, no party, no pets. The rental fee is fixed not including the cleaning and garbage disposal (clients will NOT be charged extra fees if maintained on their own). Rent can be changed according to the season, holidays, entertainment like shows, exhibitions, carnivals, and parades, etc. Extra fees and penalties will be charged for violations of the host rules. Week rentals will have a 10% discount. A minimum of two (2) nights are required but are flexible according to the circumstances. Parking is available on the streets around the building.

We love our place, we love to travel, love music, art, history, and culture as well. We spent our time here in Athens, Greece, and in the US. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, the elevator is available. The building is located on a main street with traffic. It is about 2 minutes away from the local beach or 5 minutes from the larger one. From the living/dining area, a restricted view of the beach is seen. It is about 5-8 minutes walking from the shopping area, restaurants and taverns, entertainment, 10 minutes from the hospital, and 10 minutes (by car) to the best beaches. Grocery, pastry, and coffee shops are around the corner. Historical and cultural places, churches, and museums are near the place. Welcome to Chalkida on Evia island and enjoy while you're here.
