Quiet neighborhood, close to everything! Located in the heart of Parikia, just 50 meters from the beach (no sea view). Just steps away from restaurants, cafes, and shops. Within walking distance: 11 minutes to the port of Paros and 10 minutes to the central bus station (KTEL) with connections to all areas of the island. Τhere is a public parking area directly across the street.
