Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται μόλις 10 μέτρα απο το κέντρο και την κεντρική πλατεία των Ιωαννίνων..Κάτω απο την πλατεία μπορείτε να βρείτε το υπόγειο parking 'ΣΤΑΘΜΟΣ' .Απέναντι απο το διαμέρισμα υπάρχει η κεντρική στάση οπού περνάνε όλα τα λεωφορεία καθώς και πιάτσα ταξί.
