Property information

Our recently renovated (2017) spacious apartment awaits to host group of friends, families and couples that look for a cozy, comfortable place in a perfect location. Situated in walking distance from the commercial center of Athens and the Acropolis, it will provide the perfect spot either for a long stay or for a short weekend in the capital.

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood is one of Athens' oldest, most historical neighborhoods. In the nineties it lived its downfall period, leading to a fall in real estate values. Consequently, the neighborhood became very popular in the past years as many restaurants and coffee shops have popped up making it a lively place to hang out, especially during good weather times (that is to say, almost all year long in Greece :) As you exit the apartment, you practically find yourself in waking distance from every attraction of the city: - The Acropolis and the ancient market, are situated 800m from the house. Right before the ancient ruins lays Monastiraki, a folk bazaar where you can wonder all day for shopping and coffee. - About the same distance to the west you will find Gazi, Athens' most modern and alternative neighborhoods with hundreds of cafes, bars and restaurants. - Facing the opposite direction, about 1.000m from the apartment, you will find the very heart of the Athenian commercial center, offering many options for shopping, barhopping and wandering around. - Even if you feel like staying in the neighborhood, you will find out that you have plenty of options that will satisfy any taste! Upon your reservation, we will be more than happy to email you a local guide with tips and suggestions for the neighborhood.
