Exclusive floor of 100 m2 in a house located in a typical village near the city of Ioannina. It comfortably sleeps five guests. It is an ideal place for relaxation and as center for excursions on interesting areas of the place. The house is suitable for couples, families (with children) and large groups. The house consists of two master bedrooms with wooden floor and ceilings, a big and spacy living-room and dining room, a kitchen with all amenities, a bathroom with washing machine, a balcony and a terrace shaded by a tend with view at the village and privacy. At one bedroom there are a lot of toys for children. The garden is accessible and is ideal for relaxing. There is also a big space for parking inside the property. The house is on the 1st floor with external stairs, without lift.
We will do our best to make you feel comfortable so feel free to ask if you have any questions about the house or the area. If you want to try the traditional spinach-pie stuffed with a blend of local aromatic herbs or try other regional delicacies, we would love to prepare an excursive basket for you. We would be also available to help you plan your daytrips and recommend you must-see villages, spots, interesting places, restaurants and hikes. We could also accompany you if you want to explore the unique flora of the area and we could arrange a hunting of wild mushrooms and truffles or trout fishing in the river with local experts.
