The apartment is located very close to the city center. You may be passing through or visiting friends or relatives. The place is quiet and there is no criminal activity. Parking around the block is easy and free, especially after noon.
I am trying -with my humble apartment- to help people discover the city, help people when they come to see their loved ones or assist them in any way possible.
The neighborhood is very quiet especially if you want to relax or concentrate on studying.
