A beautiful guesthouse which is an independent part of a bigger house. It has a private entrance, private balcony and easy, free, street parking. The accommodation consists of one large bedroom, one living room, one full bathroom and a kitchen, plus the balcony. It boasts brand new sofa, bed and mattress, kitchen furniture and kitchenware, fridge, washing machine and more! The location is super safe and quiet, very close to bus stops (1-3min walk) and 12min walk to the nearest metro.
We are experienced guests with 12 years of hosting experience. We are siblings in our forties, easy-going, solution-oriented and care for our guests. Our goal is to offer a comfortable stay and attend your needs when we can help. We play tennis, swim, and love hiking in nature!
The location is ideal! It is safe and quiet, parking is usually easy, bus stops are close and the metro is a 12min walk. There is a small park almost next to the house, there are cafes and bars, grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, hair dressers, electronics stores, ATM and more, in 2-5 min walk.
