Develikia Private Villa-1 beach house is a wonderful large, inspired, elegant contemporary villa with an open plan living,for those seeking a luxurius retreat for relaxation, with direct access to a quiet white sandy picturesque beach with crystal warm waters, on Develiki Beach, Halkidiki. 215m² -> 165m² on ground floor + 50m² on 1st floor. Open plan living,with sea view and glass walls that can be opened fully to the outside space. (Air Conditioned).130m² outdoor patio on ground floor (flat). Deck floor, outdoor furniture, large sofas with cushions. Sleeps up to 13 persons in 6 bedrooms (1 king size+3 queen size+2 kids rooms, all equiped with A/C). Modern, stylish kitchen superbly equipped with all modern appliances, including oven, fridges ,freezer, dishwasher, coffee-maker, toaster, microwave and blender, dishes,utensils, pans, etc. With glass walls that can be opened fully to the outdoor cooking and BBQ area. Sea view.Dining area in the house (living room) with seating up to 8, with glass walls that can be opened to the outdoor dining with seating up to 10. Outdoor cooking and BBQ area. Four (3 on ground floor + 1 on 1st floor) bathrooms with shower (2 of them en suite)
I love the sea, the tranquility of a white sandy beach with turquoise warm waters. The joy of tasting good food accompanied by a really good wine, with great company away from crowded places. By renting my property , I decided some years ago, to share this experience with travelers seeking unique holidays,which I strongly believe that it's all about the location, the premises and people. I am offering a contemporary retreat, in a unique location, trying to make my guests happy, exceeding their expectations and offering a distinct personalised service. 125 km from Thessaloniki,5 km from Ierissos village, 20 km (25 minutes drive) from Ouranoupolis and Holly Mount Athos,3,5 Nmiles (by boat) from Ammouliani Island. Ierissos village (5 km) has an amazing array of tavernas restaurants and bars.
