My property is brand new stone made outside which means that in the summer the house is cool and in the winter warm. Also a very good construction and sound proof. The design and decoration is modern minimal. However both of the partments are functional suitable for families ; friends; couples and singles !Ideal for holidays and business trips too !
I am Eirini the owner and manager of the Diadema Apartments in the Town. My husband and I decided to renovate totally a very very old stonemade building in Naxos Town. We respected the island philosophy and structure and we followed these principles. My husband or I , welcome the guests ; give them general info and we are available if they need anything. I also rent another property for six months out of the year for 4 years now. And decided to do the same with these two aprtms. E.
The neighborhood is central and quite too. Just a few metres away from the Venecian Castle area and the old Market of Naxos. The property is close to anything one should want. No car/bike is necessary as there are sandy organised beaches within waking distance( 10 min.). Shops cafes restaurants museums Catholic Church Former Oursulines' School groceries shops etc are within a few minutes walking distance. Enjoy !!! E.
