My name is Konstantina, and I am here to welcome you and assist you not only about the house but also about the area. I really like to travel and read a literature book. Also, my favourite kind of gymnastics is swimming. I speak English and Greek.
Our location is very quiet and for people who want to enjoy the beauty of nature. Our property has only 5 houses for rent. Each house is facing the sea and the garden. The property is surrounded by olive trees and a few houses around. In front of the property, there is no street, so you don't have cars passing by, and the view from the pool and the houses is unbeatable! Also, the small beach is almost like private, so you don't have the usual noise that comes with a beachfront property. At the same time, in just 1,2km away, there is a village (Marathopoli) where you can find everything (pharmacy, gas station, mini market, taverns, bakeries,cafe, etc). You are very close to the most beautiful beaches of the area (Lagkouvardos, Xrysi akti, Voidokoilia,etc). You are also not far away from the mountain (Gargalianoi) and the most archaeological sites of the area. It is great for snorkeling, fishing, etc, especially the beach in front of the property. Our houses are spacious (80sqm), and you can enjoy the outdoors and the indoors. Messinia has a lot to offer, from hiking to the mountains, swimming to beautiful beaches, exploring the area, visiting the waterfalls around, watching the unique wild birds, diving in Proti island, surfing at Lagkouvardos beach, golf etc. Our location is perfect for exploring the whole area, and I am here to assist you with any information you may need.
