10 km from Airport of Thessaloniki SKG. Penthouse (maximum 8 people) 270m from the sandy beach with a blue flag with a total length of 7km. Shallow calmer sea with a sandy bottom and many fish. Penthouse 3 bedrooms, hall, bathroom, kitchen. Terrace of 35m2 with gas barbecue. Parking in the fenced yard of the building. For your comfort the apartment has 2 queen beds 160 cm wide, 1 full bed 140 cm wide, sofa bed 300x190, 2 air conditioners, fans, washing machine, 4 burners stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, Tassimo coffee machine, TV , high-speed WI-FI 200 mb/s, crockery and kitchenware. The penthouse is located next to supermarket Sklavenitis All the necessary infrastructure within walking distance of supermarkets, pharmacies, coffee shops, bakeries, bars, restaurants and Farmers market. Along the sea there is a pedestrian alley with a bike path. On the alley there are many restaurants with tables and sun loungers right on the sand. Sun loungers are free with any order of coffee, drink or food. The distance to Waterland aquaparfk 10 km, to the center of Thessaloniki 23 km. Welcome to Perea.
