My name is Kostas Vasilakis and I have studied marketing and business management. Already being an owner of two successful villas and co-owner of a well known web development company in Greece, I started to manage other villas in 2012. I have the full management of all the villas that I represent, knowing everything about them and the areas in which they are located. My aim is to help the homeowners to manage their vacation properties to their full advantage and guests to relax and have the finest holiday experience with 24/7 service providing advice and information for all their concerns throughout their stay. **Domus Mare Villas have been distinguished with the 2024 Tourism Awards Bronze for Beach Villa of the Year** Nestled in the rocks overlooking the crystal clear, turquoise waters of South Crete, the newly built Domus Mare Villas I and II are the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The villas boast stunning sea views throughout and are minimalist in design with maximum appeal and they lead in a private beach cove. Each villa covers 140 m2, spreads in 2 floors, can accommodate up to 5 guests in its 2 bedrooms and features a private heated pool and hot tub. Important Notes: -The pool can be heated with an additional daily charge. Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least a week's advance notice. -etouri would like to remind you to respect the quiet hours which are 15:00 - 17:30 and 23:00 - 07:00 daily -​In case your check-in is late at night we will provide you with a code in order to enter the Villa and the owner will visit you the next morning. -Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
