E. & D. Luxury apartment by the sea is a self-catering apartment located at Molyvopyrgos settlement between the first and second peninsula of Chalkidiki. The apartment is located right in front of the beach with a perfect sea view. there is also a playground as seen at the photos provided where the children can play in a secured enviroment. It offers the unique opportunity for a family holiday relaxation. It has a huge balcony of 60 square metres equipped with three sitting spots, a dining area, sunbeds, a barbeque facility and a swing chair which is perfect for relaxation. The house is fully equipped with everything a household needs such as microwave oven, refrigerator, oven, dish washer, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, water heater, etc. Sunbeds and beach chairs which can be carried by the hosts to the beach are also provided. A perfect place to relax and watch the sea while the children are playing at the playground just in front of you. Fully secured settlement with a green landscape. The apartment has a private parking spot.
