The residence of 87m2 is made entirely of stone. The walls have a thickness of 50 cm and this makes it sturdy but also insulated. The windows are equipped with energy saving glass (Low-e). They include antimosquito screens. In a both traditional and modern environment you will enjoy the magic of nature and the quietness of a village. You will probably wake up from the singing of the birds that have made nests outside the house, or from the sound of the goats and the sheep in the adjacent fields. The morning sun will fill the batteries of the autonomous energy house while the solar water heater will heat the water for your bath. The comfortable leather sofas in the lounge will help you relax and enjoy the TV program. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, gas cooker, and everything else you need to cook,cooking utensils, glasses, cups, forks and knives. Your meal can be enjoyed in the traditional dining room or outside under the pergola enjoying the view of the mountains. The bathroom has a bathtub.
