The apartment is airy, pleasant, and cozy at the same time. It is recently created and modernly decorated. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 1 kitchenette​. It is set to keep satisfied every guest and it can host up to 4 people at the same time.​ There are in the 1st Floor: a Sea View SUITE and a Veranda Suite. In the 2nd floor there is also one Sea View Suite.

Eladia Suites is in the downtown of Neos Marmaras, 30 meters of the seaside walkway of the port. The visitors have instant access in the central market of the area. Mini market, bars, restaurants, shops. Also, the guests of Eladia Suites can have brunch to Eladia DeliFood store to the ground floor of the building every morning from 9:30 to 13:00 with 10% discount.
