Elaida Home is nestled in the historic village of Psathogiannos, surrounded by lush greenery and mountain views. This peaceful retreat offers privacy, safety, and serenity. It is ideal for guests seeking relaxation in nature while staying close to Crete's stunning beaches, Gerani's traditional restaurants and the lively energy of Platanias, just 5 km away. The center of Chania is just 20km aways while Chania Airport is only 30 km from the house. The village itself carries a rich history: home to the old “Tower of Psathogiannos,” once used by the Ottomans as a prison and later turned into an olive mill. At its heart lies the church of Saint George, while a centuries-old plane tree and stone fountain welcome you at the village entrance.
