Quiet apartment, ideal for holidays just 400 meters from the sea. Semi-basement, quite cool in the summer and hot in the winter! It consists of 2 bedrooms that have one double bed and can accommodate up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully stocked and can fully meet the needs of the visitor. The apartment is surrounded by a large garden where you can enjoy your coffee or your drink. There is also a vegetable garden and a small farm! Enjoy your coffee in the coolness of the garden and see how we cultivate in our vegetable garden, where you can find fruits and vegetables according to the season! Feed the animals of our farm and enjoy fresh eggs from the chickens. Let your children play freely in the big yard and on the lawn. Use the bbq to prepare your favorite meat !
Ideal place combining sea and mountain. 5 minutes walk from the beach of Eleonas where you can enjoy your swim! Several restaurants and cafes are on the beach. But also in the winter you can take excursions to the nearby ski center of Kalavryta or take the route to Kalavryta with Odontotos Track Rail, through the gorge of Vouraikos river, from Diakopto (5 km from the apartment).
