This beautiful self-catering hideaway is a nod to the modern Cretan summerhouse, ideal for a perfectly relaxing and rejuvenating stay in Southern Crete, close to awe-inspiring beaches and naturalness. We offering a house of 78m2 built in a quiet location, that can host up to 5 guests, with a garden in a property of a common 5 acres realty, on a hill, with unrestricted mountain and sea views (overlooking two beaches, Mikri and Megali Triopetra). Your car can reach it up until the entrance. This newly-renovated holiday home at 2023 offers a sublime escapism throughout the seasons. Beaches on the south are glorious - from spectacular, silver-sanded bays to rocky mega-beaches with wildflowers and springs will find its way to your heart and soul and offer you wonderful memories to cherish forever.

We are a family of local Cretans and we run a restaurant called FILENIA, which is located 2 minutes by car from our renting place. Our restaurant offers local Cretan cuisine, with ingredients that come from the mountain and from our own vegetable-garden, everything is 100% organic. We are open the entire day and we are waiting for you. Also our tavern is where you can pick up the keys to the renting place as well.

Southern Crete is a paradise of wild beauty that attracts visitors from all over the world. It is a largely pristine place that enchants visitors and calls them to return to it again and again. Crete is an ideal destination, a world in a place, combining stunning mountain scenery, a great countryside and unmatched coasts where swimming is both safe and enjoyable. The house ideally situated between Akoumia village and Triopetra coasts, overlooking, both the fishing village and the out-of-this-world sandy and rocky coasts stretching for some meters next to it, will provide you with the comfort, convenience and the right location to enjoy this unique area and your holidays to the maximum. Our house is located within a big garden, on the top of the hill, with unlimited views to the mountain and to the sea (it oversees two beaches, the Big and the Little Triopetra).
