Contemporary town house in the heart of the traditional village of Vlachata above Lourdas Bay. The ground floor has a beautifully appointed open plan living room, kitchen and dining area which opens out onto a terrace with views to the coast. Upstairs has 3 double bedrooms, the master with an en-suite and balcony with extensive views from the elevated position the house enjoys. The villa enjoys its own large terrace and bbq area.
The property is ideal for those wanting to be in a traditional residential area yet within a few minutes of the tourist resort of Lourdas and the beaches below. Getting to the beaches of Lourdes, Trapezaki and Kanali are close by and take less than 10 minutes drive from the house. Markets, restaurants and bars are within 5 minutes drive.
I look after lot of properties on Kefalonia and have lots of local knowledge to share with guests.
The house is set in a traditional village above the popular Lourdas resort. An easy 5 minute drive gets guests to lots of amenities.
