Rising Sun Guesthouse is a traditional house in the small village of Mesochoria in South Evia. In our homestay you will experience the tranquility and the authentic feeling of the village with a warm hospitality. We are located 3km from the Aegean coastline with the crystal blue beaches of Limiona and Almyrichi and close to many exquisite places of natural beauty. Your room is located in the upper floor with its own big balcony. It is a spacious wooden room traditionally decorated, with panoramic views to the sea, the prairies and the village. If you are an early bird person, you can enjoy the sun rising from the Aegean sea.. Inside the room there are 2 single beds which can be made into one double, a small fridge, a boiler and toast maker, a wardrobe, three big windows with mosquito nets, aircondition, fan and flat TV. In the private bathroom there is shower with hot water and toiletries. At the balcony you can relax enjoying the views, the sheep bells and the wind breeze. We live together with three adorable dogs and two cats. If you are a pet friendly person this is your place and you can bring your pet, too. Within 3km driving, you reach three marvelous beaches of the Aegean sea, with clear deep water and white sand surrounded by Mediterranean lush green landscape. There you will enjoy sunbathing and swimming and you will find some tavernas and a coffee place, toο. There are so many beautiful destinations to visit around the area and we can suggest places depending on your likes. In our guesthouse you can also experience private yoga sessions, vegan cooking classes, homemade greek food and vegan meals, upon request with the owner. Welcome to Rising Sun! This is my grandparent’s family house where I grew up as a child. My name is Fey, I have studied Dietology, Biotechnology, Thai massage and Yoga and I am a passionate plant based cook. More than anything I love travelling and for me hosting people is another way to travel, by meeting travelers and introduce them to my place!
