Our Villa has jaw dropping sea views and 3 large balconies to enjoy them from. The outside space offers a private pool for sole use and a shaded pergola area for al fresco dinning.
The area is very peaceful and a great base to explore the rugged beauty of the mani or just relax by the pool if you wish.
The nearest beach is 800 meters away and the nearest restaurant 850 meters away.

The neighbourhood offers beautiful views out to the sea and to the mountains.
800 meters away is Pantazi beach which is part pebbly part Sandy. It has a lovely restaurant where you can have lunch or just listen to the sea over a coffee.
A short stroll away is Agios Nikolaos is a traditional Greek fishing village with plenty of tavernas and a handful of local bars.
5 km away you have Stoupa with it’s Sandy beaches and promenade of restaurants.
A car is highly recommended but if you like walking it’s not too far into the village.
