Fantasea Beachfront Villa 7 is a unique brand new villa part of a complex of 19 residential units. This unique 80sqm 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (1 en suite) corner villa, is the closest to the beach, consists of a private outdoor courtyard with external shower and a nice garden. In addition it benefits from a 80sqm roof terrace with breathtaking views of Makrygialos bay, including a large sitting-dining area, 4 sun beds and a mini fridge. The outdoor area offers a 25m communal pool, additional sun terrace and a shady pergola . This villa is on a unique plot right at the beach, includes a private parking space and is at a walking distance to Makri Gialos village, restaurants and cafés.
Our aim is to feel like your home. This is a special place for us that was build for our family needs (parents of twins). All little details have been taken care of so that you won’t miss anything during your holiday break. Please make reference to our reviews.
The location Makri Gialos (which means long beach in Greek) is a more quiet and less developed destination on Crete. It lies east of Ierapetra, in Eastern Crete, along a coastline filled with a number of secluded bays and quiet beaches. Makri Gialos’ location enjoys the benefits of both a relaxing beach holiday destination and being a great base for exploring the eastern part of the island. As road access is good, it allows for day trips exploring the historical monuments and the ancient civilization of the island, as well as major towns and city life like in Agios Nikolaos, Rethymno, and Ierapetra. This area also contains some of the best beaches in eastern Crete, including two blue flag beaches, and enjoys a fantastic North-African influenced climate. It’s also a friendly village with a cosy fishing harbour and a petite local sandy beach inside the village. The beach here is shallow and therefore very suitable for families with small children. There is easy access to and from the nearby village of Sitia, the historic harbour area has some characteristic cafés and tavernas. Makri Gialos is a pearl of pure Cretan nature!
