1.5 hours from Athens airport, a quiet and secluded farm house with pool, huge garden with flowers, fruit and olive trees. Two floors with four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms. Private terraces with sea and mountain views. 5 minutes to local beach. You can pick as much as you want from our land. Depending on the season: Lemons, apricots, pears, plums, apples, pomegranates, figs, carob, olives, mint, lemon verbana (Louisa), oregano, basil, bay leaf....
We are a couple plus two small kids living in Greece after working and living in East Africa, Southeast Asia, the Middle East. I am available on phone or email throughout your stay and can come resolve any issues if needed. We live in another town that is a drive away.
Eretria and the village of Amarynthos are beautiful seaside destinations popular among Athenians, as a weekend retreat or for a longer summer vacation. It combines a close vicinity to Athens and the great weather, the beach, the calm sea and archaeological treasures. There are many beautiful beaches, with sand or pebbles, very close to Amarynthos, Eretria or nearby. Every Saturday there’s an open farmers market. In the village there are banks, pharmacies, fishmongers with daily catch, supermarkets and other shops to cover your needs and of course loads of waterfront cafes and restaurants. Evia is an unspoiled island, sparsely inhabited, with beautiful beaches on the Aegean sea and the Gulf of Evia. Easy day trips under a hour away: Chalkida (The Venetian castle, Ottoman era mosque and synagogue, historic bridge, seafood restaurants), Amarynthos (excellent seafood, cafes), Eretria (waterpark, museum, boardwalk, ferry) Kalamos beach (tropical paradise bay with crystal waters), Steni Dirfos (mountain village with water streams and meat taverns) and the ancient mysterious Dragon Houses of Styri! ---Activities nearby--- Beautiful new water park, ninja park, adventure ropes park,
