Faros Residence is a sister property of Faros Suites and Balhambra Suites which are privately owned, offering the same standard of personal service to all guests who stay at the property.

Property information

Faros Residence is a brand new property opened in 2016, a sister property & adjacent to Faros Suites, which is centrally located inside Fiskardo, a short 5 min walk to the waterfront's restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The villa offers full panoramic sea, harbour, village, mountain views, as well as a view of Ithaca island across the bay. At night, all the yachts & super-yachts light up the harbour offering a beautiful view of the bay with boats. The local beach Elies is approximately 50 meters from the property. Foki beach is approximately 10-15 mins by foot, and Emblissi beach about 20mins. The lighthouse is an easy walk, with great views of the bay and Fiskardo. There are small rock pools and flat rocks where one can swim from too. The villa offers a large private pool finished in black granite and local stone with full wifi service. Luxury loungers and towels are included. The pool also offers partial views of the bay and boats.

Neighbourhood information

Fiscardo offers a laid back holiday, geared more towards the slower paced traveller. Days on the beach, small boat hire, meals, drinks are the norm in the village. Fiscardo is not an activity based holiday destination. The area does offer good hiking, with great trails to be found around the village and surounding villages. Small pebble beaches can be found around the village for those long days on the beach. Myrtos beach, and many other attractions can be found approximately 40mins away, with Argostoli an hour away.
