Newly renovated apartment, fully equipped and situated in a suburb surrounded by olive trees. If you are looking for a sunny and modern apartment near the city centre, 4' away from the bus station by car, this is the ideal choice for you. Offers free parking and fast wi-fi connection. It is also pet-friendly with an extra charge of 10 euros per pet per night. Located near the agora (farmer's market) where you can find local products, especially every Wednesday and Saturday. The main square is 7' away, 1.8 km., by car and around 20' on foot. The old town is 3' away, 1 km., by car and around 10' on foot. The port is 12' away, 4.7km, by car. The beach is under 15' away, around 5 km, by car. One set of keys (along with the power card) is provided per stay. Where deemed necessary, an additional power card or/and keys are provided at an extra charge.
Being a local in this beautiful and unique Greek city for all my life, has resulted in knowing every detail about what a traveller needs! Anyone can discover the beauty of Kalamata in their own way and I, as a host, am more than willing to provide any traveller with the best experience possible!
The house is located at an dead-end street, in a very spacious and safe neighborhood. Only a few steps away, you will have access to grocery stores, providing you with anything you might need. The many olive trees complete the Greek picture and will absolutely make you bond with nature, even though the city centre is just 5' away. (There might be noise due to the construction site in the neighbouring plot.)
