Our apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils and appliances (oven with stove, extractor hood, microwave, espresso machine, French press coffee maker, kettle, and refrigerator-freezer). Additionally, it has a kitchen table for 2 people, a sofa with a coffee table, a 42-inch smart TV, and a full-length mirror. Furthermore, the apartment includes air conditioning, a double bed with two nightstands, a double wardrobe, a steam iron with an ironing board, and a washing machine. Also, the bathroom includes a shower and a hairdryer. Finally, the apartment features an exterior terrace with a view and a two-person lounge at the front, as well as a balcony at the back with a table for two and a drying rack. The apartment is on the second floor, it does not include an elevator and it is only accessible via stairs. There is lighting and a support rail on the stairs. Also, at the entrance of the staircase there is a public parking for the disabled people and a public parking for all visitors.

The owner of the apartment will be available 24/7 for any problem or question of the customers. Based on Greek law, the owner cannot issue an invoice to the customers, they can only issue a receipt for the provision of services.
