Luxury apartment located on the main pedestrian street of Kalamaria, Thessaloniki. It is located on the 2nd floor of a family building. Ηas been completely renovated, with industrial & mixed natural decoration. -Central pedestrian street of Kalamaria -9.6 km or 13 min from Airport Makedonia (car distance) -Free wifi & Nova TV -2nd floor -Full kitchen equipment,dish & clothing washer -Shower column & Air conditioners -Professional cleaning -Free Parking
I was born in Thessaloniki. I grew up in Kalamaria. During the past years I have been working with my wife in Thessaloniki and Halkidiki mainly in the tourism sector. It will be our pleasure to welcome you at our house! We work in Thessaloniki and Halkidiki so we can't always be there. Ιn case we are not there a family person will be able to service you if there is a need, we always talk by phone and messages!
Τhe neighborhood is awesome, all you need is next to you! Shops, cafe-bars, food stores, supermarkets, bank, bus ,pharmacy, etc. Near the house you will find bus and taxi. You can go for a walk to beautiful sidewalk of Kalamaria or at the beach.
