Our Melo Pearl has just one level and easy access to the beach, making it easier for families with young children or elderly people with moving difficulties. The living room is so luminous and features two sofas, an A/C unit, coffee tables and a smart TV, while the huge stone-made fireplace which is placed here makes it even cozier. Attached to the living room, there is a fully equipped kitchen, with a dining table and all the essential electrical appliances, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a filter coffee machine. Master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a closet and a ceiling fan while the second bedroom features a bunk bed where 2 guests can sleep, a single bed and a ceiling fan. There is a full bedroom with a bathtub in the house.

Neighbourhood information

Nikiti (Greek: Νικήτη) is a village located 100 kilometers south-east from Thessaloniki, on the peninsula of Sithonia. It has preserved the old part of town over the main road, and the new part of the town is located on the seashore, where the newly built marina is located. It is also one of the most touristy towns in Sithonia, with a plethora of taverns and restaurants and large supermarkets on the main road. It’s seaside, however, is perfect for evening walks along the water.
